Testing Criteria

It is important you read this page in full as it could affect the amount you will get paid, by using our services you agree to ensure your device(s) meets this testing criteria.

To qualify for the full price your device must meet the requirements below. If your device fails to meet the criteria below we will revalue your device and offer a revised price which you will have the option to reject and have your device returned at a nominal cost (Return postage charges will apply; these charges include the postage, return insurance, packaging and handling cost of your device and is currently £15/€20.)

The case of the projector is in very good condition
No scratches can be seen on the body
The projector is technically in perfect condition
The lamp/laser has max. 500/1000 hours
The remote control and original equipment are included.

The device works
The bulb works and the fans run
There are error messages
Small parts are broken or missing (e.g. the projector foot or a filter grid are missing)
The lamp/laser has been running for more than 1000/2500 hours

The device works without error messages
There may be slight traces of usage (scratches)
The lamp/laser has max. 1000/2500 hours.

The device does not turn on
The projector turns itself off after a short time
The device is dirty due to nicotine stains
The image is shown only partially or incorrectly
The inputs do not work
Computer or DVD images are no longer displayed
The lamp is not working or missing
Parts of the housing are broken or missing
